Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Administrative team, taking responsibility for designated reports and projects and general administrative duties for the group;
  • General office duties;
  • Travel arrangements;
  • Expense reports;
  • Accounts payable;
  • Filing;
  • Heavy phone coverage;
  • Scheduling;
  • Correspondence;
  • Various research projects.


  • High School Diploma;
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; PowerPoint a plus;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Superior attention to detail.
