Administrative Assistant (Research Administration)
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Administrative team, taking responsibility for designated reports and projects and general administrative duties for the group;
- General office duties;
- Travel arrangements;
- Expense reports;
- Accounts payable;
- Filing;
- Heavy phone coverage;
- Scheduling;
- Correspondence;
- Various research projects.
MinimumQualifications:
- High School Diploma;
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; PowerPoint a plus;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Superior attention to detail.
